I think your subject is thoughtful and meaningful. Your composition excellent but perhaps the sun was not quite in the right apex

What a great shot. That reminds me I have to get a new monitor – ages ago I (or my grandkids) must have tried to clean my monitor with brillo pads or something, so I have to peer through the scratches to see the screen. I have to try and edit a video this weekend of my granddaughter at her baseball games – stopping and starting at the right places so just the exciting stuff stays in.
One of my first pictures, on my new Handycam. Wow, is this exciting.
