Have to go to town, to my favorite health store, and get some more niacin pills. I get the good kind. The one’s that give me the flush. These pill are suposed to open up your vains, and let the blood go better. Niacin, also helps clean out the colesterol from your vains. When I first stiarted niacin, I could feel the flush in my head, and now, it goes over my whole body, and down to my feet. I feel very much better. It sure beats having the dotor trying to kill me with his hard drugs. I don’t see the doctor any more, and hanen’t for a year now. I found massage works great too. Works for me.

Glad you are getting the good stuff. Now massage…I need more of that. Got to find someone again…my massage friend is now of the important stuff and running a spa in Carmel. Cannot afford that kind of bucks
