Month: November 2003

  • Yep it looks like it's time to put the Christmas tree up. We always put the tree up around Nove, one. It's a store bought tree, and it need the all straitened out. The wife says I don't do the straitening good, so I just stand it up and wait till the expert, gets it done. Then I put the lights on, and she does the rest. Works for me.

  • A while ago, I was taking drugs that the doctor prescribed, and was having a lot of side effects. So I went the doctor, and told him, I am having too many side effects with  these pills. He said, I have just the pill for you. They are called placebo. I thought, oboy, no more side effects. So he gave me a few, and after a week, I went back to the doctor, and told him, while the taste of these white pills, is all right, they can't be any good, I keep falling quite often. The doctor said, I have just the thing for you, I'll give you these pink one's. That should do the trick.

  • It is best to be thankfull for what good things one has, than to dwell on the not so good.

  • YEP, it's getting to look a lot like Christmas, every ware you go. The store's are getting more crowded, and there is a mega bunch of toys on the shelves. I must have the Christmas bug, because I put the outside Christmas lights up already. Either that, or trying to get the thing over with. Peace on earth, and good luck to men, and women.

  • For most of my life, I have ignored tea. I am a coffee person. Would you like some tea? NO! In my studies on health, what is good food, and what is bad, I kept running across green tea, and it's supposed to be good for you. Me drink tea? The thought of it did nothing for me, but I there it alway was. So it got my curiousity going, and started looking in to it. And it looked like the green, ang black had a lot of benifits, I could nor ignor. So before long I was out buying green tea, and am now having two or three cups a day. I have noticed a definite difference in my health. Who knows, I may ask for my job back.

  • For those who can't see the picture of my last blog, It was a dog chasing a cat.  When I go around town to the stores and that kind of stuff, I notice that people are quite fearfull, and have that untrusting look. I always try to acknowledge people, to say to them with out wards, most of the time, Hi, I respect your being. I open doors, and help those which I can, and I generaly get that look of appreciation, and that make's me feel good. So, sue me.

  • It's a dog eat cat out there.

  • There is quite a difference, between one who thinks he knows, and one that knows.

There is quite a difference, between one who thinks he can, and one who knows he can.

There is quite a difference, between one who thinks he'll try. and one who will try

It is well that one would gather their thoughts, to a positive mode, than to the negetive.

  • Halloween? Got to get ready for the hordes of candy hungry yunguns. Do we hang our stockings up? No, that will come soon enough. Do we put on a different face? No. the one I got, is scary enough. We have to buy some candy, and lots of it, so that we will have some left over for our selves. Got back from the store, all set, for the mob. Was surprised how courteous all were. One group, sang me a nice little song. All these candy hungry persons, were human.  So on they came, cleaning us out of candy. I didn't need any. Thats all right. Next day, went back to the store, to get some more. All my faverite kind gone. Oh, thats all right. Have a nice day. I really enjoyed it all, I hope you did.
