We are now getting down to the basics of healthy. During our bouts with the Doctors, we have done a lot of studying on the what and hows, of what causes illness, and what to to do to hoefully prevent it. The Doctor and his drugs, was making us sicker. I have canceled my mri, and feel really god about it. My health Is back to almost normal, since I gave up my drug habit.
Now with our new outlook, every thing seems quite rosy. All is well.

Good for you. Most medication and technological medicine is costly and a waste of time. Far better to heal thyself.
Balanced diet and exercise does more good for a person than any drug every could IMHO.
Being smart about healthy things is very good.
They can’t keep us down for long
you go for it and do what you feel is the best for you!!
Glad you feel better, we all have to do what we think is best, some of these so called life saving drugs ,make you feel so awful, you just feel its not worth taking them. Matt was given lots after his stroke and didn’t feel good with them, then he took the plunge, told the doctor he was coming off all of them ,and stopped going to the hospital. Now he just takes one that keeps his blood thinned as he had only 50% of a carotid artery working but with the blood being thinned that means he doesn’t have to be operated on, unless they get clogged worse, which they shouldn’t on this particular drug. It is called ‘Asantin” . I wonder whether you were given that. I take 100 mg of aspirin a day, in the form of Cartia which dissolves in the bowel, not stomach, so doesn’t cause stomach trouble. This seems to be very effective to ward off heart attacks and strokes. All the best. Cheers Marj
