Boy did we have a storm last night, or so the wife says. I slept right through it. Wind, rain, hail, and lightning, and I missed it. I love a good storm, it’s so exciting, looking out the window.
Now, when I worked in the woods, we new the word run. When 8 foot trees break off, you don’t want to be there.

I like storms too….from the safety of my house
I love thunder storms. We are lucky to have one a year here in southern California.
Hihi….like when we had an earthquake here. Which is very unusual.
Things were falling of the shelves and I was trying to get Jim awake…
“Fall asleep again”, he said, “you’re dreaming.”
Then I turned the radio on and they were feeling the earthquake too.
Jim can’t remember anything!!
I slept through the storm too,I must have been tired
It’s puts me back to sleep, but don’t like the hail.Love the fresh smell after a rain.
Thanks for your thoughts while I have been ill. You must sleep heavily. Wish I could, I usually only sleep in 2 hour periods, most annoying Cheers Portia
