  • Haven't seen a Doctor in a couple years now, except I went one time to get my ears cleaned out. The wife kept saying, I don't listen good, so I got my ears cleaned. I make's big difference in my hearing, but she says I stiill don't listen good. I feel very good now since I changed my diet, taking garlic and such. It looks like I will be able wear one more clean shirt, at least.

  • We finally a little rain the other night, which for some reason or other, it hadn't rained for a hell of a long time. I need a litle rain now and then, or it has tendency to stunt my growth. The day after it rained, I went out to the garden to see how things were growing. I went to the potatoe patch, and there was a potatoe stickiing half way out of the ground. It  was a six inch potatoe, and three inches was out of the  ground .So I saved from the elements, and took it in to the house. Kind of weird.

  • As far as the air show is concerned, I begin to wonder If people are getting their moneys worth. That's all they seem to have, is a few noisy jets making a lot of noise, and going so fast one can't see them, until their past. We have some pigeons around here, and they fly in perfect formation, and most of the time there's about twenty of them.

  • I am sitting near the bird bath, when I see this robin on the wire. I could tell by his manner, that he was contemplation testing the water down below. He made up his mind, and flew down to the birb bath. He made a few quick passes in the water, and soon was right in it, and had long bath. after he was done, he flew up to the wire. Four little birds flew up beside him, and were asking him how got so wet. The robin gave a mighty shake, and spewed water on the  little birds. Hey cut that out! we were only asking a question. So the robin said sorry, and the all lived happy ever after.
