Month: March 2005

  •   This is the new building we been watching for a few months. It's some kind of assisted living. It's kind of handy, being right across from the new hospital. If any of them gets sick, they could crawl across the road to the hospital. Of course, the road is very busy, and could get run over, while seeking help.

  • Squirrels come on to our lawn regularly, to cleanup what the birds through down from the bird feeder. They come in all kinds of colors. There was one there yesterday. After he , or she left, I went out to see if it lay ed any Easter eggs. There was no Easter eggs there. Maybe the squirrel wasn't the type that lay Easter eggs. Maybe only rabbits lay Easter eggs.one day I hope to get this stuff right.

  • A question was put to me. WHER ARE YOU ON THE HIGHWAY OF LIFE.

ANSWER= I have one foot in the ditch, and the other one. SLIPPING.

  • When the world is all a buz, with this idea, and that idea, how this should be done, or how we are to think. We have within us, that no one can take away from us. OUR THOUGHTS.

  • The subject of the relationship of husband and wife came up, so I will put my two cents in. My first wife and I had it's ups and downs, like most people. When a couple first start out, both persons have ideas how things should be. It doesn't take long, where a person has to rethink their stance, on the ideas they got growing up. By the time my first wife died of cancer, we were very close, and had a very good relationship. We had got all of the crud out of the way. My second marriage, we where on a very rocky road for a long time until we finally got it right. Now thing go along quite well. It's no different, with other people one knows, one needs  to alow each one to be. If you can't stand them, leave them be. ( Now a days I just sit in the closet, and don;T make waves)

  • We are back to normal weather, cool and rain. I am kind of glad, because the news guys, are driving us nuts with their gloom and doom, of water shortages, no snow on the mountains. You now the drill. So the mountains are getting a little snow now, and that should shut them up for a short time. The wife got me to go to the garden shop, the other day, (big sale) She picked up a few plants, and I picked up ten strawberry plants, and planted them. Now, being cool, their sitting there, not knowing what to do next.

  • They say it's not spring, but it sure looks like it. We have been having great weather. I almost almost feel like puting some garden in, but if I start that, my wife would lock me in the closet for a while, or call the guys in the white coats.

  •  Yes, this is a small green house. The green house is a garden of Eden brand, and is made up with a frame, and 12 glass panes. It has a door, when open, the cats use it as an out house. When the door is closed, one can hear a lot of complaining. We have had the green h. for at leased 25 years, moved it once, and only broke 2 pains. We have tried growing a lot of different stuff in it, but settled down to tomatoes and maybe cucumbers. We used to grow 3 tomatoes plants, but couldn't use them all, and that's with sharing with whoever. So now we grow two plants, and still have lots. We like early girl plants best, and they beat the taste of the store tomatoes all to he--. That's my story.

  •  Well, in our country, we find mose is quite a problem. So useing a thach blade on my lawn more, gets rid of some of it. We have the nicest lawn on our street. Brag, brag.
