Well, I went to the chiropractor for my treatment, and I got the same old twisting of my neck, and jumping on my chest, and jumping on my upper back, but when he was going to do elbow into my shoulder, Puting all his weight on it, I said, just a minute, I don't like that. Oh he said, I won't do that, then. I felt better then.  When he was finished jumping on me, I told him, I wasn't coming back for a while. He almost cried, and went into a minie tantrum. I defused him, by telling him, I may be back. I felt like Arnold.   The medical we have, doesn't cover Chiropractic, and they don't get as many people as they would like because of that. Our government, wants us to go to a regular doctor, take pills, and shut up. All in all, the Chiropractor did help me, and it's better than the doctor, and his drugs. I call them the drug lords.

It's good to be back to normal weather. A little rain, a little sun shine, a little rain.  The temp, is higher than normal for this time of year. Let the chips fall where they may. I been going to the chiropractor, just to get some of the kinks out. This will be my forth treatment, and I call it my last. Not doing much, twist my neck a few time's. Don't think the guy is much of a winner. Have a good day.

Our snow, and cold weather is gone. We got the air coming up from the south west, and it got warm, and wet. We had a temperature of 17c the other morning, a lot of rain, and some flooding. There was also some hill side came down, creamed a few houses. Winter is over, till the next blast.

  Feeding time.

Once a year, we have to take our cars to what they call Air CARE. It is a place where you pay $24  dollars so that they can check to see that your car is not a polluter. One can not get their car licence for the year, untill you do this. Every year about this time, I go there, pay my money, have it checked. It always passes. So having better weather, I decided to get it done yesterday. One hased to have the car warmed up good. or it will flunk. So I go thrugh  the warm up, and head down to air care. Every thing was going good, no line ups. In fact , I was the only one there. Drove right in, and they started the  check, and guy said, come out here a minite.I went out , and seen my tail pipe was about to drop off. He said I should get it fixed, and I agreed. So, with a new tail pipe, an muffler, I will try again to day. 

  As we get older, and weather gets colder, we went out and got a bigger thermometer.

  Ya, Well, It did snow a bit, 

A little different day today. We are getting snow. We are to get 5 cm's of snow today. That's what I like about this country, we get a variate of weather, not the same old thing day after day, like some places I been. My bag. 

The wind has dyed here. While the the temp. Is still -5 , the sun is so bright, we will have to go and get some of those california shades.

We are going through one of those winter storms. The wind is gusting to 39 Km's, and wind chill is -9 c. The sky is clear, and it's not too shaby, except for the wind. It's good to have a storm once in a while, so that we know it's winter.
