WELL, I LIKE ICE CREAM

A lot of time's, we get caught up in the worldly things that go on in our live's and around us. One needs to step back a bit, and think of the good things in our live's. Some of the good things in my life here, I have a good partner, who has some of her own problems, fills a part of my life, and can be counted on. then, I have pretty good health, for my age. We go to this one restaurant, where they give seniors discount, and we always have to tell them, we qualify. I am all so thank full, that I have no doctor, to screw my health up.  I am quite happy, so there.

Boy, we been having a heat wave, ( how hot is it?) It's nice of you to ask. It's so hot, I have to put my finger in ice water every once in a while, to cool them off, when typeing in xanga. It's so hot , the birds are walking around with their tongues hanging out.

 Went to allison lake for five days. We had a pretty good time, with a little swimming, and a little boating, and ended up dog sitting, and exercising. I was telling the dog to go for a swim, and she said, I will if you will.

So yesterday, being Canada day, we went to the parade that Abbots ford put on for us rabble. We took our new camera's and took pictures of this gala event, until our batteries gave out. We got some very good pictures, including the the quality movies of the sidewalk that I was able to get. All in all, it was one of those better times one has now, and then.  

CANADA DAY. On this day, we are allowed to be proud to be Canadian. And, as they say, WE STAND ON GUARD FOR THEE. Though, we get charged for standing here, we should be proud to contribute, to high priced misfits, who are in charge of our destiny. Be that as it may, I am Proud to be CANADIAN.
