  • Okay, then. My birthday is over for another year. and back to retirement duties, like being at the computer, Looking out the window, and watching to clock work. We will go to the RV place, where they are having a open house, and I will have that look on my face, as if I want to buy something, Ha, Ha. Not bloody likely, but it's one of those things retired people do,. But, looking on the bright side, we will be having a sausage on a bun, and a chance to win a membership to the campsite we already belong to. Eat your heart out. This is retirement living. wahoo.

  • Have taken the day off, because it was my birthday. I did a lot of fun things like, vaccuming the house, shampoooing the rug, and triming grass. WOoee, what a wonderfull time I Had. I can hardly wait till next year. I like to thank those who wished me a happy birthday, and those who didn't. Your all better than most of my family.

  • It was such a nice morning here so, after giving the crows left over ming food, and watching the crow- dog, act, I decided to take my coffee on to the patio. With the sun bathing my body with it's extra warm light, I was watching nature in it's on going ness. The crow giving me shit for being on the patio, when their not quite finish eating. The sparrows giving me shit for being on the maternity ward. A cat, going home, after a night on the town, was severely reprimanded for running on the crows turf. Even the squirrel was out looking around for what ever he he could find. Yes it was a nice normal morning. LOVED IT.

  •  Ming, love's his garden. He has his own little corner, and we call it, Ming's garden. He make's sure, it has enough moisture, and he all so cultivates a certain amount. Every dog should have his own garden.

  • While good stuff in life is good, and the bad stuff is not so good, I like to lean towards the lighter side, of happenings, which make's the not so good, not so bad. If I could only remember that.

  • I begin to wonder why I paid for premium. In order to get the picture on the left in, and the one on top, I had to put the pictures into my homestead website, and pull them into xanga from there. That's what I was doing, before I got premium. As any body who has read my site, knows I need a spell checker,, and the pictures I put in my blog, I get them out of my computer. It's no big deal, but I thought I would mention it. Have a nice day.

  • When I was a boy, I wondered, wow, what am I doing here in this, called life. It didn't take long, all the brain washing started. Don't do this, and do this, and religion. When I was 23, I got married, and had a new bunch of stuff to figure out. I started to read a lot of new age books when I was 50, and gave up religion, because religion didn't make a lot of sense, any more. When got to be 60, I decided, enough reading of the blah, blah, and found it was best to go with my feelings, and to this day, being 72, I feel more relaxed, more tolerant, of all the beings, and things around me. I am talking about my true feelings, not what they say I am supposed to feel. The mind is a wonder full thing, but don't wash, with strong detergent.

  • I worked so hard, putting that picture in the top part of this here site, I am now to pooped, to put anything more than this little whimper, which is smaller than a whine.

  •  Tall chief camp ground. Besides, bush, they have all kind of spots like this one, scattered through the forest. One never knows, what they will run into next, which makes it a nice variety.

  •  Went camping for two days,at the TALL CHIEF resort, down east of Seattle. It is a real woodsy place, with a 174 sites. On a general run, most camp sites we have been to, are very regimental, side by side sort of thing. This is not one of them. While they have all the amenities, club house, heated pool, sauna, mini golf, and horse shoes, with out the horse attached. There is a very great sense of freedom. Although, the dog was a pain in the a--, We had a relaxing time of it. and got done what we went there for, which was to meet some people from Nebraska. My kind of camp site.
